Terms of Service

Last updated 16 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of ETF Clarity and to the purchase of the full report. By buying the full report, you agree to them.

1. Who is the provider

ETF Clarity is a project by koersradar.nl, based in the Netherlands. Questions, complaints or comments can be emailed to info@koersradar.nl. Sale and payment run through Stripe as reseller; see section 3.

2. The service

3. Price and payment

4. Delivery

The full report is unlocked directly in your browser immediately after a successful payment. You can view it right away and save it as a PDF via your browser's print function. The report itself is not sent by post or email. So save the PDF yourself: we delete your report automatically within 24 hours (see the privacy policy).

The unlocked report and the PDF contain a confirmation of your purchase: the delivery date, and that you consented in advance to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal for that report.

5. Right of withdrawal

For a distance purchase, EU consumers normally have 14 days to cancel the purchase free of charge. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, this right lapses once:

Because the report is delivered immediately after payment, we ask you to confirm this separately before payment via a checkbox next to the buy button, before you go to the payment page. You cannot proceed to payment without that confirmation. After that confirmation and payment, the purchase can no longer be withdrawn. The same confirmation applies when you buy credits: they are added to your credit code immediately after payment, so the right of withdrawal lapses for them too, including credits you haven't used yet. It also applies when you unlock a report with credits. The confirmation is also included in the report itself, so you keep it with the PDF.

6. Liability

7. Complaints

Have a complaint about the report or the payment? Email info@koersradar.nl and we'll respond as soon as possible.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. If you're a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you remain entitled to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your own country of residence.

Note: see also our privacy policy for how we handle your data. These terms may change; the date at the top shows when that last happened.
